Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using VoxaStream ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of service

VoxaStream provides real-time voice streaming infrastructure, including a REST API, WebSocket signaling, and a management dashboard. The Service allows developers to embed live audio rooms and broadcasts into their own applications.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use this Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organisation to these terms.

4. Your account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and API keys.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@voxastream.com if you suspect unauthorised access.
  • You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Transmit illegal, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Harass, threaten, or harm other individuals.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, disassemble, or gain unauthorised access to the platform or its underlying infrastructure.
  • Resell or sublicense the Service without our written permission.
  • Perform actions that place unreasonable load on our infrastructure (e.g. automated abuse, DDoS).

6. Usage quotas and billing

  • Free accounts receive a monthly quota of minutes as stated on the Pricing page.
  • Once a quota is reached, new sessions may be blocked until the quota resets or the plan is upgraded.
  • Paid plan pricing is as listed on the Pricing page at the time of purchase. We reserve the right to adjust pricing with 30 days notice.

7. Intellectual property

All content, code, and materials provided by VoxaStream remain the property of VoxaStream or its licensors. The Service is licensed to you, not sold. You retain ownership of any content transmitted through the Service.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of security vulnerabilities.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VoxaStream shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time from the dashboard. Upon termination, your right to access the Service ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting a notice on our website or by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through good faith negotiation first. If unresolved, disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts applicable to the location of our registered business.
