How are minutes counted?

Minutes are counted per participant, per session. If two users are in a room for 10 minutes, that's 20 minutes total.

What happens when I exceed my quota?

Free and Starter plan users will be unable to join new sessions once the monthly quota is reached. Existing sessions continue until the user leaves.

Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?

Yes. Plan changes take effect immediately. Contact us to make changes.
